Welcome to Savvy Blog Services!

Savvy Blog Services aims to not only give you a more aesthetically pleasing blog, but to make your site more functional as well. I want to help you show your readers what you have to say, guide them to your best content, and keep them coming back for more.

I have been blogging at Savvy Eats since 2009. In developing my own site, I have picked up many design skills. I set about sharing those skills with others in 2011 via Savvy Blog Services.

Note: At the moment, I am taking time off from Savvy Blog Services to focus on my writing.  When I return, I will make an announcement on my food blog, Savvy Eats. In the meantime, I’d love to have you visit me there!

What People Are Saying

Julie really gets to know her clients – as individuals and and as “brands” – through thoughtful advance work.  Her questions helped me hone in on my blog message and as a result, my style and writing personality is 100% reflected in the design.  I recommend her to everyone who asks me for a blog service referral!

Julie helped me make my initial switch over from a free WordPress blog to self-hosting. Not only did Julie make this transition quick and easy, but she also provided continued support after the switch was made. Julie is incredibly easy to work with and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend her!

Working with Julie will be the easiest decision you make in your blog design or redesign process. Her initial survey will get you thinking about answers to questions you didn’t even know you had, and you’ll be left feeling confident and comfortable with where your site is headed. Julie made my vision a reality with her attention to detail in addition to being fun to work with and helpful with any questions I had along the way. I used Savvy Blog Services for both the switch to self-hosting and my blog redesign and couldn’t be happier with the final result!

Without Savvy Blog Services, I would have been absolutely lost when it came to switching my blog to self-hosting. Julie was very patient with me and answered all of my confused non-tech-savvy questions quickly and clearly. She also did a great job on my blog re-design, listening to my wishes and making suggestions for improvements to the design. I was 100% satisfied with my experience with Savvy Blog Services.
